Abstract EN

Our research aims to study the cognitive and theoretical frameworks of specialized sports press in all its aspects, which have become the focus of attention of many segments of the broad public.

The issues and sports news are among the areas to which the media pay great attention in orderto address, analyze, and providethe public with; forsports' news is of economic importance for press companies according to the measurement of the size of drafting and returns to its newspapers; since it has been found that it is the mostly owned and possessed by different categories of the public compared to other newspapers.

This; in fact, what motivated us to study the topic of sports' press as a specialized one which have gained a great popularity in the media arena for both a particular and general audience.

In addition, its contents have become a public opinion issue in the actual reality and even the virtual space (cyberspace), We have provided a research brochure in which everything related to sports' press on the theorizing perspective: its origin and development in both Western and Arab media, while highlighting its experience in Algeria; taking into account its concept and characteristics compared to other areas.

Moreover, we introduced the technical, editorial aspects of sports' press, and the templates used in press handling ofsports' contents.
