Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر الإدارة اللينة (Lean) على صناعة البناء الأردنية، من حيث أداء المشاريع و تقليل الفاقد و تحديد الأسباب الرئيسية للهدر في مشاريع البناء.

يتكون مجتمع الدراسة من الموظفين في مجال المشاريع الإنشائية من قبل مقاولين مصنفين (من الدرجة الأولى إلى الرابعة).

تم الوصول إلى أهداف الدراسة من خلال استبانة غير عشوائية (منتقاة) موزعة، حيث تم تلقي 192 استبانة أي 60.34% من السكان تم تحليل البيانات التي تم جمعها بواسطة برنامج (SPSS) الإصدار 25 و خلصت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود نسبة عالية من المطابقة لمبادئ اللين (Lean) في صناعة البناء الأردنية بنسبة (76.08%) و وجود دور ذي دلالة إحصائية.

لتطبيق مبادئ اللين (Lean) في صناعة البناء الأردنية.

كما أظهرت النتيجة أن هناك موافقة عالية من قبل المقاول على اعتماد إنتاجية العمال كمؤشر لقياس الأداء، بالإضافة إلى وجود تأثير ذي دلالة إحصائية للإنتاج (Lean) على الأداء في صناعة البناء الأردنية، علاوة على ذلك، فإن الأسباب الأكثر شيوعا للنفايات في هذه الدراسة هي التخزين الخاطئ للمواد، مما قد يؤدي إلى إتلاف هذه المواد.

كما أثبتت الدراسة عدم وجود تأثير ذي دلالة إحصائية لمبادئ اللين (Lean) في تقليل من الهدر في صناعة البناء الأردنية يوصي الباحث المقاولين و العملاء بدعم البناء اللين (Lean) كنهج جديد لصناعة البناء من خلال تدريب الموظفين.

English Abstract

The study aimed to identify the impact of lean management on the Jordanian construction industry, in terms of project performance and waste reduction and identify the main causes of waste in construction projects.

The study population consists of the employees in the field of construction projects by contractors classified as (First to Four Grade).

The study objectives were reached through a nonrandom (selected) distributed questionnaire, where 192 questionnaires were received which is 60.34% of the population.

The data collected were analyzed by (SPSS) version 25 software and the results of the study concluded that there is a high level of percentage of conformed with lean principles in the Jordanian construction industry with (76.08%) and the existence of a statistically significant role for the applying Lean principles in the Jordanian construction industry.

Also, the result shows that there is a high agreement of the contractor in adopting productivity of workers as an indicator of measure performance, addition, there is a statistically significant effect of lean production on performance in the Jordanian construction industry.

Furthermore, the most common causes of waste in this study have been “the wrong storage of materials, which may lead to damage to these materials”.

Also, the study proved that there is no statistically significant effect of lean principles to reducing waste in the Jordanian construction industry.

The researcher recommends contractors and customer to support Lean construction as a new approach to the construction industry through employee training.
