companies aim to allow the most possible use of technologies, like e-business.

the organization, however, has left them susceptible to all sorts of attacks from many hackers, including spam, ransomware, etc., which made them accessible through their database.

organizations must also secure their records with the current security protocols to ensure personal integrity and confidentiality.

this paper attempts to examine IT protection management in small and medium enterprises.

the research is focused on the latest literature analysis of science and technical work.

further knowledge was collected from ICT experts.

the results offer a good foundation for small and medium-sized companies to reconsider and develop their current management style by taking effective safety steps.
