Abstract EN

The aim of the research: to identify the role that can be played by job exhaustion as an entrance to achieving the effectiveness of strategic performance.

Research problem: There are organizations that suffer from failure and failure to achieve the goals set for them, and the indicator may be due to the job fatigue that individuals suffer from.

Hence, the problem appears to us with the following main question (Does reducing job burnout lead to effective strategic performance).

Research community and sample: The banking sector was chosen as a community for the study because it is one of the sectors that suffer from work turnover as a result of job exhaustion.

The sample of the study was (85).

Statistical tools used: The statistical package (spss) was used to collect data, analyze it, and test hypotheses.

The researchers designed a questionnaire with the aim of using it in collecting data for this study, and it included 20 phrases.

The importance of the research: The topic of job exhaustion and strategic performance was chosen, based on its broad importance to various organizations, and the actual roles it may play in their success or failure.

Research results: The study concluded several results, most notably the existence of a correlation relationship to job exhaustion in the strategic performance of workers in the studied area.
