Arabic Abstract
هدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف على العوامل المؤدية الى المشاجرات بين المواطنين في لواء المزار الجنوبي من وجهة نظر المواطنين أنفسهم، و اعتمدت الدراسة على المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة، و تكونت عينة الدراسة من (569) مبحوثاً، و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطوير استبانة تكونت من (43) فقرة موزعة على مجالات الدراسة، كما تم التحقق من صدقها و ثباتها.
أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن المستوى العام للعوامل الاجتماعية و الاقتصادية و النفسية المؤدية إلى المشاجرات بين المواطنين في لواء المزار الجنوبي جاءت بمستوى مرتفع حيث بلغ الوسط الحسابي لإجابات العينة الدراسة المحور العوامل الاجتماعية (3.769) و لمحور العوامل الاقتصادية (3.804)، و لمحور العوامل النفسية (3.904)، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى إجابات عينة الدراسة نحو العوامل الاجتماعية و الاقتصادية المؤدية إلى المشاجرات بين المواطنين باختلاف متغيرات (النوع الاجتماعي العمر، المؤهل العلمي، الدخل الشهري) و قد كانت الفروق لصالح عينة الدراسة من الذكور، و من الفئة العمرية (اقل من 25 ) سنة، و من أفراد عينة الدراسة من التعليم الثانوي فأقل.
و أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تفعيل العقوبات و اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية المشددة بحق مرتكبي المشاجرات في لواء المزار الجنوبي.
English Abstract
This study aimed to detect and identify the factors and reasons behind the quarrels and conflicts between the people of Southern Al Mazar District from the point of view of the Al Mazar's people themselves.
This study relies on the social survey of the sample, the sample consists of (569) participants.
To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was developed for this study, the questionnaire consists of (43) items distributed on the fields of the study, in addition the items were checked for validating and reliability.
The study takes into consideration three factors that lead to conflicts between the people of Southern Al Mazar District, which are social, economic and psychological.
The study results related to these factors that lead to conflicts among the people came to high level where the arithmetic mean of the answers of the study sample reached for social factors (3.769), economic factors (3.804) and psychological factors (3.904).
This study also shows that there are statistically significant differences in the level of study responses towards the social and economic factors that lead to quarrels between citizens with different variables (gender, age, educational background, and monthly income).
The differences on the side of the study sample of males, the age group (less than 25) years, and of individuals of the study sample of secondary education and less.
The study recommends enforcement of penalties and strict legal measures against who actively participates in the quarrels.
