Arabic Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرّف إلى درجة استخدام معلمي المرحلة الثانوية لتكنولوجيا التعليم من وجهة نظر المديرين، و كذلك التحقق فيما إذا كان هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة استخدام معلمي المرحلة الثانوية لتكنولوجيا التعليم تُعزى إلى الجنس، و الخبرة، و المؤهل العلمي.
و اعتمدت الدراسة في تحقيق أهدافها المنهج الوصفي المسحي، و تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع مديري المدارس الثانوية في محافظة الكرك البالغ عددهم (130) مديرا و مديرة، و تكونت عينة الدراسة النهائية من (110) من المديرين و المديرات.
و تم تطوير استبانة لجمع البيانات، و تم التحقق من صدقها و ثباتها.
و تم استخدام الأساليب الإحصائية التي شملت المتوسطات الحسابية و الانحرافات المعيارية، و اختبار تحليل التباين متعدد المتغيرات التابعة (MANOVA).
و قد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج، من أهمها : إن درجة استخدام معلمي المرحلة الثانوية لتكنولوجيا التعليم و مجالاتها : التقنيات التربوية الإلكترونية و الإنترنت و وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي من وجهة نظر المديرين قد جاءت متوسطة.
و بينت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في درجة استخدام معلمي المرحلة الثانوية لتكنولوجيا التعليم من وجهة نظر المديرين على المجالات و الدرجة الكلية وفقًا للجنس و المؤهل العلمي، و بالنسبة لمتغير الخبرة بينت النتائج عدم وجود فروق في مجالي التقنيات التربوية الإلكترونية، و الإنترنت.
و كذلك أشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً في درجة استخدام معلمي المرحلة الثانوية لمجال وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي تُعزى لمتغير الخبرة، و قد كانت الفروق لصالح من كانت خبرتهم (أقل من 5 سنوات).
و توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من التوصيات أهمها : تحديث و تطوير تكنولوجيا التعليم المستخدمة في العملية التعليمية في محافظة الكرك على نحو أفضل مما هو موجود حاليا، و ضرورة أن يقوم المعلمون بالتوسع في استخدام البريد الإلكتروني لإيصال معلومات تتعلق بالعملية التدريسية للطلبة، و أولياء الأمور، و الإدارة المدرسية.
English Abstract
The study aimed to identify the degree of secondary school teachers' use of educational technology from the point of view of principals, as well as to verify whether there are statistically significant differences in the degree of secondary school teachers' use of educational technology due to: gender, experience and educational qualification.
The study relied on achieving its objectives on the survey descriptive approach.
The study population consisted of all )031(secondary school principals in Karak Governorate, and the final study sample consisted of (110) male and female principals.
A questionnaire was developed to collect data, its validity and reliability were verified, in order to extract the results of the study, statistical methods were used that included arithmetic averages and standard deviations, and a multivariate dependent variable analysis (MANOVA).
The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: The degree of secondary school teachers' use of educational technology and its dimensions (electronic educational techniques, Internet, and social media) from the point of view of the principals has come medium.
The results indicated there are no statistically significant differences in the degree of secondary school teachers' use of educational technology from the point of view of the headmasters in the dimensions and the overall degree according to gender and educational qualification, and for the variable of experience, the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the dimensions of (electronic educational techniques, and Internet).
The results also indicated that there were statistically significant differences in the degree of secondary school teachers' use of the social media dimension due to the variable of experience, and the differences were in favor of those whose experience was (less than 5 years).
the study Reached A number of Recommendations, the most important of which are: update and develop the educational technology used in the educational process in Karak Governorate in a better way than is currently present, and teachers should expand the use of e-mail to communicate information related to the teaching process of students and parents School matters and Headmasters
