Abstract EN

The research aims to identify the types of questions of interpretation and the motivations of the respondents to questions of interpretation in the fatwas of the Permanent Committee forScientific Research and Issuing Fatwas, as well as to identify the approach of muftis of the members of the Permanent Committee in their answers to questions of interpretation.

And descriptive and analytical approach.

The study deals with: what is meant by the questions of interpretation, and the definition of the PermanentCommittee for Scientific Research and Issuing Fatwas, and its fatwas and the way of arranging questions of interpretation in the fatwas of the PermanentCommittee for Scientific Research and Issuing Fatwas, and the statements of the respondents in the questions of interpretation.

Then study the types of questions of interpretation in the fatwas of the PermanentCommittee, namely: Questions of the meanings of the verses, questions of vocabulary meanings, questions of the misunderstanding of the Quran, questions of the provisions of the Quran, questions of the methods of the Quran, questions of the reasons of descent and questions of mysteries of Quran.

After that,the mentioned the general features of the method of muftis of the members of the PermanentCommittee in their answers to the questions of interpretation which are: direct answer without referral to the books of interpretation, transfer from books of interpretation and referral to them, and mention the difference of interpreters in interpretation of a verse, then balancing and selecting the right one.
