Abstract EN

This research is a manuscript investigation called: “The Testament of the Master of the Sleeper’s Issues” by Ibn Tulun al-Hanafi، and it is a brief treatise in which Ibn Tulun mentioned the definition of the sleeper according to the fundamentalists، and among the medical people، then he، may God have mercy on him، mentioned some of the jurisprudential rulings related to sleeping in prayer and giggling in sleep And prayer، then he listed the issues in which the ruling of the sleeper does not differ from the ruling of the awakened، which is twenty-five issues mentioned by the martyr al-Sadr in his incidents.

Then he mentioned a system that gathered them together، but did not mention who said it، with a slight difference in matters.

I have investigated the letter relying on it، after God، on two different versions: one is in the handwriting of the author، and the other is anonymous، and it is for the system only، and Ibn Tulun may have transmitted it from him or others، and the interview will be for the system، and as for what preceded it، we only have a copy of the author.

I started the investigation with a preface in which I translated a brief translation by Ibn Tulun، then I bent the description of the manuscript and the method of work، then I adjusted the text as its author wanted - as much as possible - and I produced the hadith، translated the flags، and explained the stranger، along with documenting the jurisprudential issues from their perspectives as much as possible، and God is conciliation.
