This research talks about the aspects of the maintenance of Islamic law for the judicial ruling on the error in it, the aspects of its maintenance on negligence and obstruction, and the aspects of its maintenance on the charges brought against the judge because of him.

This research also talks about the aspects of the immunity of the judge’s ruling, and how Islamic jurisprudence took care of the judge’s ruling, and made him immunity from cassation and tracking, except in a narrow range.
