Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على أثر العوامل الأسرية و البيئية و النفسية على ارتكاب جرائم القتل في دولة الكويت، و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم استخدام منهج البحث الوصفي التحليلي بالاعتماد على استبانة، حيث شمل مجتمع الدراسة كافة مرتكبي جرائم القتل في السجن المركزي في دولة الكويت و البالغ عددهم (621)، و تم تحديد حجم عينة الدراسة (242) عينة مما يشكل (%40) من مجتمع الدراسة، و قد تم توزيع (260) استبانة على افراد العينة، و تم استرداد 244، حيث بعد التدقيق تم اهمال استبانتين لعدم استكمال الإجابات فيها، و عليه بلغ عدد الاستبانات التي تم تطبيقها 242 استبانة و يشكل (93.8%) من الاستيانات التي تم توزيعها.

و توصلت الدراسة الى النتائج أهمها وجود درجة أهمية مرتفعة للعوامل الأسرية و البيئية والنفسية لارتكاب جريمة القتل في دولة الكويت، و قد بينت الدراسة أن العوامل البيئة الأسرية و منها التوتر المستمر في العلاقات العائلية و الظروف وأساليب التنشئة الاسرية كانت أكثر العوامل أهمية تلاها العوامل المرتبطة بالبيئة المجتمعية و أهمها ضعف وسائل الضبط الاجتماعي، و الفقر، و أخيراً العوامل النفسية، كما توصلت الدراسة الى أن معظم أفراد عينة الدراسة كانوا في مرحلة الشباب و ذوي التعليم المنخفض، و ينتمون الى أسر ذات تعليم منخفض و دخل ما بين متوسط إلى منخفض، و على ضوء النتائج أوصت الدراسة بعدة توصيات أهمها توعية الاسر في الكويت يتجنب العوامل التي يمكن أن تؤدي الى السلوك الاجرامي لأفرادها مع التركيز على الأسر الأقل تعليما و الأقل دخلاً.

English Abstract

The study aimed to identify the impact of family, environmental and psychological factors on the commission of homicides in the State of Kuwait.

An analytical descriptive research approach was used based on a questionnaire, whereby the study population included all the perpetrators of homicides in the central prison in the State of Kuwait, numbering (621).

The size of the study sample was determined (242), constitutes (40%) of the population, (260) questionnaires were distributed, and 244 were retrieved, two questionnaires were neglected because the answers were not completed in it, and accordingly the number of questionnaires that were applied reached (242), and it constitutes (93.8%) of the distributed questionnaires.

Where the statistical analysis used to reach the results.

The study reached the results, the most important of which is the presence of a high degree of importance for the family, environmental and psychological factors in committing the crime of murder in the State of Kuwait.

The study showed that the family environment factors, including continuous tension in family relations, conditions and methods of family upbringing were the most important factors followed by factors related to the community environment and the most important weakness Means of social control, poverty, and finally psychological factors.

The study also found that most of the study sample were at the youth stage and those with low education, and belonged to families with low education and income from medium to low.

In light of the study results recommended, a number of recommendations the most important is to increase the awareness of families in Kuwait to avoid the factors that can lead to criminal behavior of its members, with a focus on the least-educated families and lower income.
