Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة تعرف دور مديري مدارس المرحلة المتوسطة في دولة الكويت في تحسين التعلم و التعليم من وجهة نظر المعلمين في دولة الكويت.

تم في هذه الدراسة استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، من خلال تطوير استبانة تكونت من (37) فقرة، تم التأكد من صدقها و ثباتها وزعت على عينة تم اختيارها بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، و تكونت من (600) معلم و معلمة، و توصلت الدراسة إلى أن درجة تقدير أفراد عينة الدراسة لدور مديري مدارس المرحلة المتوسطة في دولة الكويت في تحسين التعلم و التعليم من وجهة نظر المعلمين في دولة الكويت جاءت متوسطة، و وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لأثر الجنس و المؤهل العلمي و سنوات الخبرة لدور مديري مدارس المرحلة المتوسطة في دولة الكويت في تحسين التعلم و التعليم ككل.

وخرجت الدراسة بمجموعة توصيات أهمها توعية مديري المدارس بضرورة تحسين الأساليب و الممارسات التعليمية من خلال الابتعاد عن الأساليب التقليدية، و ضرورة استخدام طرق التدريس الحديثة و التي أسفرت عنها نظريات التعلم البنائية و المعرفية و السلوكية و التوليدية التحويلية و الاجتماعية)، و السعي نحو إشراك مدراء المدارس في دورات تدريبية و مشاغل تربوية لتأهيلهم.

English Abstract

The study aimed to identify the role of middle school school principals in the State of Kuwait in improving learning and education from the viewpoint of teachers in the State of Kuwait.

In this study، the survey descriptive approach was used، by developing a questionnaire consisting of (37) paragraphs، whose validity and reliability were confirmed and distributed to a sample chosen in a simple random manner، and it consisted of (600) male and female teachers، and the study found that the degree of estimation of a sample The study of the role of middle school school principals in the State of Kuwait in improving learning and education from the point of view of teachers in the State of Kuwait came with an arithmetic average within an intermediate level، and the presence of statistically significant differences attributed to the impact of gender، educational qualification and years of experience for the role of middle school school principals in The State of Kuwait in improving learning and teaching as a whole.

The study came out with a set of recommendations، the most important of which was to educate school principals of the need to improve educational methods and practices، by moving away from traditional methods، and the need to use modern teaching methods that resulted in learning theories (constructive، cognitive، behavioral، transformational، and social generational)، and strive to involve school principals in training courses and concerns Educational to rehabilitate them.
