The study aimed to determine the role of training effectiveness as an independent variable in applying the smart organization as a dependent variable.

The results of the study came to prove at a significant level of 0.5 that there is a correlation between the effectiveness of training and the achievement of continuous learning in the organization, and the study also showed the existence of a correlation and influence between the effectiveness of training and the environment in the organization at a significant level of 0.5
