Abstract EN

the study aimed to identify the reality of providing the requirements for the application of knowledge management for the kindergarten stage in the state of Kuwait, in order to present a proposed scenario to provide the requirements for the application of knowledge management for the kindergarten stage in the state of Kuwait.

it is related to the five dimensions of knowledge management application requirements and its obstacles.

the study sample consisted of (312) principals, assistant directors, teachers and administrators in kindergartens in the capital region in the state of Kuwait.

the results of the study showed that the reality of the availability of the requirements for the application of knowledge management for the kindergarten stage in the state of Kuwait from the point of view of the study sample members at its intermediate levels.

the third dimension, the fifth dimension: the requirements of human resources, followed by the fourth rank: the third dimension: the requirements of leadership, and in the last rank the first dimension: the requirements of the organizational culture of knowledge management in kindergarten, and then a proposal was presented with an integrated elements to provide the requirements for the application of knowledge management for the kindergarten stage in the state of Kuwait.
