Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن فاعلية برنامج تدريبي في تحسين مستوى معرفة معلمات الصفوف الأساسية بالطلبة ذوي صعوبات التعلم، وتكونت عينة الدراسة الأساسية من عينة وصفية تضمنت (103) معلماً ومعلمة تم اختيارهم عشوائياً، وعينة تجريبية تضمنت (12) معلمة تم اختيارهن بالطريقة القصدية من مدرسة عائكة بنت عبد المطلب الأساسية في لواء البترا، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام منهجي بحث هما المنهج الوصفي والمنهج شبه التجريبي، وتم تطوير مقياس مستوى معرفة معلمات الصفوف الأساسية بالطلبة ذوي صعوبات التعلم واستخرج له دلالات صدق وثبات، كما تم بناء برنامج تدريبي تكون من (10) جلسات تدريبية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى معرفة معلمي ومعلمات الصفوف الأساسية بالطلبة ذوي صعوبات التعلم في لواء البترا من وجهة نظرهم جاء منخفضاً، بالإضافة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى معرفة معلمي ومعلمات الصفوف الأساسية بالطلبة ذوي صعوبات التعلم تعزى لأثر متغيرات الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة، والصف الذي يدرسه)، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات معلمات الصفوف الأساسية في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي على جميع مجالات المقياس لصالح التطبيق البعدي مما يدل على فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي، وقد أوصت الدراسة بتطبيق البرنامج التدريبي على عينات أخرى وفي مناطق جغرافية مختلفة من الأردن.

English Abstract

This study aimed at investigating the effectiveness of a training program in improving the level of knowledge of the basic grade’s female teachers of the students with learning disabilities.

The study sample consisted of a descriptive sample (n=103) male and female teacher who were chosen randomly and an experimental sample (n=12) female teacher who were chosen intentionally from the school of Atika Bint AbdulMottalib in the district of Petra.

In order to achieve the study objective, the descriptive and qusai approaches were used.

A scale was developed regarding the level of basic students’ female teachers' knowledge of the students with learning difficulties; its validity and reliability indicators were verified.

Also, a training program was developed and consisted of (10) training sessions.

The results revealed that the level of knowledge of male and female teachers of the basic grades of the students with learning disabilities in the district of Petra from their perspective was low.

The results revealed that there are no statistically significant differences regarding the level of the basic grade male and female teachers' knowledgeof the students with learning disabilities attributed to the variables of (gender, educational qualification, years of experience, the grade he/ she is teaching).

The results also revealed that there are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of basic grade female teachers in the pre and post application regarding all the domains of the scale in favor of the post application, indicating the effectiveness of the training program.

In the light of results, the study recommended the necessity of applying the training program to larger scales and in different geographical areas in Jordan.
