third topic: pure supplication, fourth topic: patience and calculation, then the conclusion and dealt with the most important results of the research and its recommendations.

research methodology: the scientific approaches varied in this study, including (descriptive-inductive-analytical, deductive and critical approach) the most important of these results is that the afflictions and plagues of the past year in the nations, whether unbelievers or believers, are for a supreme rule, including the torture of perverts and the warning of the unwary to the omnipotent authority over his slaves, that they will return to him before the greatest punishment falls on them in the hereafter if they do not repent.

however, there is a group of people who are not affected by these misfortunes and tribulations, and do not return to their lord for two things: the cruelty of their hearts, and seeing their bad deeds do good deeds that do not require repentance.

in dealing with calamities and plagues, after taking material reasons, it is necessary to take the causes of faith, especially: repentance, supplication and pure supplication, with patience and calculation and not to disregard these universal verses.

recommendations: do more studies on spiritual values that have a great impact in the face of serious calamities, and universities and scientific research bodies should give the prophetic medicine its right of attention and study, to extract new medicines for diseases of the age.
