المنهج الأرشد في تفسير قوله تعالى (وسع كرسيه السموات و الارض)‎ : دراسة تأصيلية تحليلية

Abstract EN

This research handles the basic rules for interpreting the ’ayah (qur’anic verse) in which Allah states ُ ُ (وسع كرسيه السماوات الأرض) and elaborating the reasons behind misinterpreting the reported attributes of Allah, Almighty.

In addition, it outlines the potential meanings for this verse and the most appropriate among them.

Furthermore, the research explains the rhetorical methods used in this verse for visualizing the meaning.

This research consists of two parts each of them contains three chapters, a conclusion, and a bibliography.

The first part entitled “Features of the Noble Qur’an and the Divine Attributes” and it consists of three chapters that are as follows: First: The importance of dealing with the revealed texts concerning the reported attributes.

Second: The seriousness of dealing with such texts Third: The usage of language concerning the Names and Attributes of Allah.

The second part entitled “The interpretation of the honorable statement” and it includes three chapters which are as follows: First: The linguistic meanings of the verse.

Second: The explanation given by the Companion Abdullah b.

‛Abbas to this verse.

Third: Other views around the meaning of Kursiy.

The conclusion contains the most important findings.

The bibliography includes the most important resources.

The Approach: the researcher is admitted to complementary approach of reading and analysis.

The Findings: The authenticity of interpreting the reported Attributes according to the righteous Salaf (ancestors) including Abdullah b.

‛Abbbas.

The research shows the origins of mistaking in interpreting the reported Attributes and the importance of science of bayan “morphology” in explaining such verses.

Recommendations: The researcher recommends each researcher to study the linguistic sciences and that they should be cautious while dealing with such verses and follow the ’Ummah scholars.
