The issue of eliminating the entee was and still is a subject of controversy among scholars, in the past and present, and many jurists have dealt with it through research, study and analysis, and each group has presented its evidence for what it has been said, and among those studies that dealt with this issue is the message " Rad Alqawl Alkha'eb fi Alqada' Ala algha'eb, By Ibn Qatlubugha al-Hanafi, where he discussed the evidence of those who say that it is permissible to eliminate the ent and its restitution, and he gave a number of evidence that it is not permissible to eliminate the ent, which is what most scholars have.

This is what was adopted by the Kuwaiti Law of Procedure, as it stipulated that it is not permissible to judge the ent.
