Arabic Abstract
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى فحص العوامل التي تؤثر على نوايا المرأة في أن تصبح رائدة أعمال في العقبة.
تستخدم الدراسة نظرية السلوك المخطط لتحليل تأثير الموقف، المؤثرات الإجتماعية و العوامل المؤثرة التي تؤثر على نية النساء لريادة الأعمال.
تم توزيع استبيان لجمع البيانات الأولية من المستجيبين الذين تم اختيارهم عشوائياً من مجتمع الدراسة و الذي يشمل جميع النساء المشاركات في المنظمات الخيرية في مدينة العقبة.
تم توزيع ما مجموعه 400 استبيان على الإنترنت.
تم الحصول على 312 استبانة بمعدل استجابة %78.0 أظهرت النتائج أن الموقف من ريادة الأعمال، المؤثرات الإجتماعية والعوامل المؤثرة أثرت بشكل إيجابي على النية الريادية بين النساء في مدينة العقبة.
من بين هذه العوامل، كان للموقف تجاه ريادة الأعمال التأثير الأكبر تليه العوامل المؤثره ثم المؤثرات الاجتماعية.
تقترح هذه الدراسة أن الجامعات الحكومة و وسائل الإعلام يجب أن يلعب دورًا أقوى في تعزيز ريادة الأعمال النسائية.
English Abstract
This study aims to examine the factors that affect women's intentions to be an entrepreneur in Aqaba.
The study uses the theory of planned behavior to analyze the influence of attitude, subjective norms and perceived behavioral control on woman‟s entrepreneurial intention.
A questionnaire was distributed to collect primary data from respondents whom they were selected randomly from study population which included all women who participated in charitable organizations in Aqaba city.
A total of 400 online questionnaires were distributed.
312 questionnaires were obtained with a response rate of 78.0%.
Results show that attitude toward entrepreneurship, subjective norms and perceived behavioral control were positively affecting the entrepreneurial intention among women that participated in charitable organizations in Aqaba city.
Among these factors, attitude toward entrepreneurship had the highest influence followed by perceived behavioral control then subjective norms.
This study suggests that universities, government and media should play a stronger role in promoting women's entrepreneurship.
