Abstract EN

This study includes the scope of quasi-experimental studies in social studi, as it aimed to test the main study hypotheses, sub-hypotheses and discovering a standardized program using the focusing on tasks model according to the theory of the group service method to solve the problem of social withdrawal for the elderly.

To achieve this, the researcher applied the program on a sample of 14 elderly people in The Happy Land Association for the Elderly in Helwan.

The researcher used the pre and post measurement for the same study sampl.

The study revealed the validity of the main hypothesis that there are statistically significant differences between the pre and post measurement of the experimental group of the elderly with regard to using the focusing on tasks model to solve the problem of social withdrawal of the elderly in favor of telemetry.
