Abstract EN

This study falls within the scope of studies of generalist practice in social work, as it aimed to test the hypotheses of the main and subsidiary studies, and to arrive at a standardized program using the granting of Empowerment model from the perspective of generalist practice in social work to increase the social Efficiency of community education girls.

Its size is 26 girls from community education, and the researcher used a pre-dimensional measurement for the same sample.

The study revealed the validity of the main hypothesis that there are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the pre and post measurement of the experimental group of community education girls regarding the use of the Empowerment model to increase self-confidence, dealing with life situations and the ability to lead in favor of the post measurement.
