A scientific point of view adopted by some of the Imamite figures provoked an interesting scientific battle in one of the major minorities of what is called in the fundamentalist books the authority of reappearance، and after that excitement the following question emerged into existence: Is the authoritativeness of the emergence of speech that was issued by the infallible peace be upon them in a certain meaning restricted to the intended attendees Understanding in the speech council? Or does it pervade those in our time who have not been exposed to their holy words? The answers that agreed in its spirit and fruit differed in its content، so the question of the intent of the intentional understanding and the lack of it in the authority of appearance became an issue of a general fundamentalist opinion، Which presented in the arena of science a scientific dialogue revolving around the legal texts that represent the basis upon which the identification of different life situations in Islam is based.
