It is true that Islamic legislation has been distinguished by two great sciences, both of which have their aftermath, namely, the science of fundamentals and the science of rules.

And well-organised, so the knowledge of the rules is a knowledge of great destiny, of great benefit, that controls the mind of the jurist, and puts his hand on universal matters that he can, through the use of which knowledge, of partial rulings apply these universal rules to these rulings.
