The study aimed to address the legal foundations of the concept of justice between men and women and to show the images of its establishment between them.

To achieve this goal, the deductive approach was used.

It contains three demands: the first requirement: the concept of justice in the language, the second requirement: the concept of justice in Islamic law, the third requirement: the concept of justice in law, The second topic: the legal foundations on which the concept of justice between women and men is based, and it contains five demands: The first requirement: the principle of equality unless evidence comes to the contrary, the second requirement: justice does not mean olute equality, the third requirement: the balance between rights and duties, the fourth requirement The roles of women and men are based on complementarity, not competition.

The fifth requirement: The origin of the interaction between women and men revolves between justice and grace.

The third topic: Images of establishing justice between women and men, and there are two demands: The first requirement: equality in entitlement unless evidence comes to the contrary, the second requirement Balance between maturity and financial endurance.
