Abstract EN

This research deals with investigation and inference controls in drug and psychotropic crimes in Islamic jurisprudence and the Saudi system.

The research came in an introduction, two chapters, and a conclusion.

As for the introduction: it showed the research problem, its importance, the questions that the research will answer, the research tools, and its plan.

The first topic: the concept of investigation and psychotropic substances in Islamic jurisprudence and the Saudi system, and the second topic: it came under the title of investigation procedures and controls and inference in drug and psychotropic crimes in the Saudi system.

As for the conclusion: it included the most important results, including: that the stage of investigation and inference is a stage prior to the stage of investigation and prosecution, and as for drug and psychotropic crimes, it is no secret to anyone the importance of conducting investigation and inference in combating those crimes, and that the Saudi legislator balances between preserving personal freedoms and the sanctity of Private life during investigation and inference, and the interest of society in combating the crime of narcotics and psychotropic substances, by setting the various controls for that process, and setting a penalty for violating those controls.

The research recommends: the necessity of including all the investigation and inference procedures contained in the system of criminal procedures in the system for combating drug crimes and psychotropic substances, giving more powers to criminal investigation officers in the practice of their work, and conducting more scientific training courses to arm criminal investigation officers with the latest developments in science in the process of investigation and inference.

So that the process is based on sound scientific foundations.
