زيادة الدورات التدريبية للمعلمين من أجل تطويرهم.
This study is aimed at identifying the role of an educational leader (School director) in the achievement of professional development for teachers of Primary and intermediate schools within the city of Majma'ah.
In addition، the significant statistical differences between the average response from students with regards to the school director will be evaluated based on the following categories: occupation، academic qualifications، years of service in the field of education، and relavent courses/certification in the field of professional development.
After analyzing responses of 98 teachers from primary and intermediate schools، the study has pursued a descriptive approach and found the following significant results: The axis role of educational leader in achieving professional development obtained an average of 3.07 which was above the median.
The axis of the difficulties facing the educational leader of a challenge to achieve professional development، over medium disability، was obtained 3.13 over the medium average.
No significant statistical differences at the level of 0.05 were found on the role of educational leader

Variables in the study were occupation, academic qualifications, years of service in the field of education, and courses in the field of professional development.
In light of the results of this study, the following recommendations could be reached: a decrease in the number of teachers until they are fully trained and qualified to meet the expectations. This can be done by increasing training sessions and course in order to help improve their standing.
