Abstract EN

The study aimed to get acquainted with the reality of one of the graduate studies programs at College of Education in Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University from the graduates’ point of view, which is the Postgraduate Diploma Program in E-Learning using the SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats).

The study found that graduates have agreed to all the program’s strengths, while they have taken neutrality side towards weaknesses.

As for opportunities and challenges, graduates have taken the side of neutrality towards available opportunities, but they have agreed to most of the threats facing the program.

Based on the results of the study, a number of recommendations and proposals were presented, the most important of which are: Enriching the knowledge of quality standards and environmental analysis tools (SWOT), in order to reveal the reality of academic programs to evaluate them in light of the latest educational trends.

Moreover, studying the reality of the higher diploma program in e-learning at the Faculty of Education at Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University from the point of view of faculty members, as well as evaluating it from the point of view of the labor market
