Abstract EN

Strategic planning is an important and essential stage of the administrative process, as it represents a method of thinking, predicting the future and differentiating between types and methods of work.

The significance of the study is derived from the importance of the organization in question (the Directorate of Volunteering Management / the Iraqi Ministry of Interior).

It also gains its importance from the importance of its variables, total quality management and strategic planning.

The major problem of the study is rooted in identifying the role of the application of total quality management in the effectiveness of strategic planning.

The study aims to identify the relationship of total quality in improving the style of strategic planning in the surveyed organization and to know the impact of applying the principles of total quality management in improving the levels of strategic planning in the organization in question.
