Forensic science is the greatest thing in which times have been spent, and the most precious thing that ages have been spent on, and for the sake of legal sciences, the most important of which is the science of jurisprudence.

Therefore, the jurists of the nation, old and new, made great efforts in it, and composed many works on it, but many of them are still in manuscript; The students of knowledge were not able to see it, and researchers were unable to benefit from it, including what I came across from a letter entitled: (The Standing of the People of the Farmer on the Rulings of Marriage) by the scholar Abd al-Muti bin Salem al-Samlawi al-Shafi'i (d.

1127 AH)، After reviewing it, it became clear to me its value and importance in its chapter, despite its briefness.

Because it included the most prominent issues of marriage, and explained its rulings on the four schools of thought, so I resolved to achieve and study it, in the service of science and its people, and in an effort to spread something from the heritage of the jurists, and to enrich the jurisprudence library by investigating one of the works in it, with the help of God alone, asking him for success, payment and acceptance
