The research tackles an important juristic contemporary issue titled (The Insurance of Visitors against the Injuries Caused by the Rides of the Amusement Parks), as the amusement parks are extremely spread and heavily visited by people.

The research aims at displaying the juristic rules related to: the insurance issued by the owner and the employee against injuries as regards the occurrence and degree of such injuries.
