Each contract in the field of private law results in legal relations between the two parties to the contract that affect each of them by giving rights and imposing corresponding obligations on each of the parties, and given the country's need to provide electricity service in the required manner and at the same time reduce losses in electrical energy as well as improve the way electricity fees are collected To ensure the collection of wages from all electricity consumers, the Ministry of Electricity, through the public distribution companies, resorted to contracting with private companies in order to provide rehabilitation, maintenance and collection services within the framework of contracts known as electricity service and collection contracts.

During the contracts concluded by the public companies for the distribution of electricity in early 2017, so we chose, in this research, to present the ways of ending the service contract and the collection of electricity and the means of resolving disputes resulting from the contract
