If God Almighty commanded this group to agree on religion The scholars hastened to comprehend knowledge, education, authoring and summarizing, and among those scholars who rolled up their sleeves and were a truly scientific encyclopedia, is Sheikh Abu Al-Irshad Ali Al Ajhouri, who can hardly find any of the Sharia sciences unless the Sheikh has mastered it, and that includes the science of jurisprudence, where He glorified and reported in its abbreviation a jurisprudential topic that people need a lot, entitled: (risalat latifat tataealaq bialniyabat fi alwazifa), and what it suffers from the jurisprudential rulings, according to the Maliki school of thought.

Reason for choosing a topic: • This message talked about an important topic, which is the position of prosecution, and this is a topic that touches upon a segment of employees.

• The status of Sheikh Ali Al-Ajhouri, as he is a truly scientific encyclopedia, due to the large number of topics on which he wrote.

• The verification of Islamic manuscripts is part of the duty incumbent upon students of knowledge, in bringing these sciences to the people.
