The purpose of this study is to know the different view between the two: economic and law sciences to determine the effective role of the internet in the both sciences, first to show the effect of Internet on marketing services, by one side, and other side to show its role as it considers as the one of the effective media in detecting information and obtaining it quickly and presenting it to the subscriber through search and use of the address using the tools and advanced technical means available and keeping up with every technical development at the level of devices, so that internet considers as an electronic medium is a communication medium suspended in space and multi-dimensional.
The Internet plays a major role in the field of electronic publishing of newspapers, magazines and periodicals in addition to the exchange of news, images and information, and plays a role in the commercial field attracting the attention of a number of users, and commercial companies represent the most advanced sector on the Internet, and the use of the internet by large companies for business, by marketing and exporting their products, expanding the online sales and purchases of enterprises or consumers, and the success of the banking process is attributed to the account of their customers, and the Internet provides all the facilities to complete the process of displaying goods and all the sales and all the sales needs.
Buying and transferring money, and because of this: it shows the importance of the subject of "Online Shopping", as the Internet has become a means of trade and promotion of different goods and services, by overpassing the barriers and obstacles that made by states.
