Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الى بيان أثر الأنشطة الاستراتيجية لإدارة الانتاج و العمليات بأبعادها مجتمعة (تصميم و تطوير المنتجات الجديدة، تصميم العمليات الإنتاجية، تصميم الطاقة الإنتاجية، اختيار موقع المشروع) على الميزة التنافسية المستدامة في الشركات الدوائية الأردنية، و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لغرض و صف اجابات العاملين في الشركات الدوائية الأردنية و تكون مجتمع الدراسة من كافة العاملين في اقسام ادارة الانتاج و العلميات في شركة دار الدواء و شركة الحكمة في العاصمة عمان و التي يعمل فيها (732) عامل من كافة المستويات الوظيفية، و تم توزيع الاستبانة على عينة عشوائية بلغت (243) موظف وموظفة، و تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج التحليل الاحصائي SPSS Ver 25 .

و قد خلصت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج التي من أهمها أهمها وجود درجة مرتفعة من الموافقة لدى العاملين في شركات الادوية على الانشطة الاستراتيجية لإدارة الانتاج و العمليات و الميزة التنافسية المستدامة، و وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للأنشطة الاستراتيجية لإدارة الانتاج والعمليات بأبعادها مجتمعة (تصميم و تطوير المنتجات الجديدة، تصميم العمليات الإنتاجية، تصميم الطاقة الإنتاجية، اختيار موقع المشروع) على تحقيق الميزة التنافسية المستدامة، و وقد اوصت الدراسة بضرورة زيادة الاهتمام بالأنشطة الاستراتيجية لإدارة الانتاج والعمليات في الشركات الدوائية الاردنية لما لها من أثر على زيادة القدرة التنافسية لشركات القطاع المبحوث، و كذلك العمل على تطوير مستوى الميزة التنافسية المستدامة من خلال التعامل مع الاحتياجات المحددة للزبائن و المجتمع ككل.

English Abstract

The aim of this study is to examine the impact of strategic production activities for production and processes in their respective dimensions (design and development of new products, design production processes, productive energy design, project location selection) on the sustainable competitive advantage in Jordanian pharmaceutical companies and to achieve the objectives of the study was used for analytical descriptive approach For the purpose of describing Jordanian pharmaceutical responses and the study community is one of the activities of the Department of Production and Industry in Dar al-Da'wa and Al-Hikmah Company in Amman, where more (732) workers work from all levels, and the random sample was distributed 243 employees and an employee, and data was analysed according to The appropriate statistical analysis program.

The study concluded with a group of results and the most important of which there is a high degree of approval in pharmaceutical workers on strategic activities for the production management, operations and sustainable competitive operations and an statistically significant impact on strategic activities of production and processes in their respective dimensions (design and development of new products, design production processes , Design of production capacity, project location selection) to achieve sustainable competitive advantage, and recommends that the study to increase attention to the strategic activities of the Jordanian Pharmaceuticals Management and Operations for its impact on the success of companies and its ability to achieve profits and increase their competitive capabilities, and to develop the level of competitive advantage Sustainable by dealing with the specific needs of customers and society as a whole.
