The study of the legal problems of digital drugs called us to develop a plan to discuss what digital drugs are and the substantive problems of them, namely how to prove them, as they are serious crimes associated with information crimes, and then clarify their seriousness and how to use them, as well as clarify the problems in investigating them, which is not easy in view of privacy That accompanies the abuser, and the lack of texts criminalizing digital drugs, it was necessary for the legislator to amend the laws in force, to keep pace with the developments taking place in light of widespread globalization, which led to the emergence of new crimes that did not exist before.
