The Interest of the Hanbalis, an Empirical Study, on the Book of Al-Kafi by Ibn Qudamah The research aims to combine the theoretical and authenticating aspect of the issue of Hanbali inference by interest and the practical side, by referring to the words of Hanbali fundamentalists in their fundamentalist writings, and by referring to a Hanbali jurisprudential reference that is concerned with evidence and justification, which is the book of al-Kafi by Ibn Qudamah - may God have mercy on him - with mentioning the most prominent definitions Scholars of interest and balance between those definitions.

The research came in an introduction, three topics and a conclusion, and the first topic was about: the most prominent definitions of interest and the balance between those definitions, and the second study was about: the Hanbali’s position on the interest, and the third topic: it deals with the practical aspect of Ibn Qudamah’s book, then the conclusion, and in it the most prominent Findings and recommendations.
