The research aims at clarifying the term of the Hidden economy and its forms and consequences.

It is an old phenomenon that has been under the spot recently.

It includes all income-generating activities that are not recorded in the official income statistics.

Its forms and components differ from one country to another.

And that the size of the hidden economy, its causes, characteristics, and consequences have not been accurately determined so far, and the negative impact upon the national economy due to practicing the hidden economy.
