The research aims to (build a guide for Arabic language teachers and teachers to teach the expression at the primary level).

The researchers adopted the descriptive approach to achieve the goal of research, adopting the Model Hilda Taba in building the curriculum for its compatibility and aim of building the guide, and following the following steps: 1.

Identify an appropriate education strategies and methods.5.

Prepare typical plans.6.

Select the appropriate calendar methods.

Organize content.

Choose educational experiences.

Organizing educational experiences.

Determine what it will do and how to evaluate it.

The research tool was based on the questionnaire built by the researchers and distributed to the research sample, while the researchers used the statistical program (APSS) to process research data and extract its results, and the results of the research resulted in the selection of eleven topics that were most important from the point of view of the research sample to be placed in the guide to be built.

In light of the results, the researchers came up with a number of conclusions, recommendations and proposals.
