The research aims to find out the effectiveness of Swom's strategy in innovative thinking among first-average students in mathematics To verify the goal of the research, the hypothesis was formulated (there is no statistically significant difference at a significance level of (0.05) between the mean scores of the students who study according to the SWOM and the grades of students who study according to (the usual method) in the innovative thinking test) The research sample consisted of (60) female students distributed into two groups, one of which was the experimental, the number was (30) female, while the other was a control, the number was (30) female The first group was taught according to the SWOM strategy, while the second group was taught according to the usual method of teaching The two research groups were rewarded with a number of variables.

The two researchers prepared a test for innovative thinking, which consisted of (25) paragraphs of the essay type Its authenticity has been verified, and its reliability factor was calculated.

The experiment was implemented in the first semester of the academic year (2019-2020) The data were processed by using the SPSS program and the results showed a statistically significant difference in the innovative thinking test as a whole and in all its capabilities in favor of the experimental group.

In the light of the results, the researcher recommends a number of recommendations and proposal
