Abstract EN

This research aims to determine the role of adopting Innovative behavior in achieving high performance in a sample of workers at Rafidain Bank in Diwaniyah Governorate, and to achieve this goal the dimensions of the independent variable of Innovative behavior (generating ideas, promoting ideas, and implementing ideas) were adopted.

High performance (quality of management, openness and effective orientation, continuous improvement, long-term commitment, quality of work forces), based on ready-made foreign standards, and a sample of workers at Rafidain Bank was chosen as a field for research through the questionnaire form prepared for this purpose and by (35) Responsive.

One of the most important conclusions that he reached is that the Innovative work behaviorhas an active and moral role in achieving the high performance of the research community.

The research was concluded with a number of recommendations, the most prominent of which is motivating and rewarding distinguished employees for its great role in improving the level of Innovative behavior in their performance and increasing their efficiency and effectiveness.

It is also a great motivation for the rest of the workers to pay attention to their skills and develop them in order to increase the quality of their performance
