Abstract EN

This study aimed to develop a vision for investing the material and human capabilities available at the Islamic University of Madinah in maximizing its financial resources, as the current study considers that the capabilities and potentials of the Islamic University are not well invested and can be invested to achieve financial returns that help in spending on the educational process without compromising the philosophy of The university and its strategic objectives and Islamic mission.

The study used the descriptive approach in achieving its research objectives.

A questionnaire consisting of (25) items was prepared looking for how to develop financial resources from the viewpoint of the faculty members at the university on a sample of (150) individuals divided into two parts according to the type of college (109) faculty members in theoretical faculties, and (41) A member of the teaching staff in the practical colleges, and the most important findings of the study were the rationalization of expenditures according to priorities and the investment of the financial and human resources that the university possesses in developing its financial resources for gradual independence from government support and relieving pressure on the Saudi state budget without compromising the philosophy and mission of the Islamic University.
