The main purpose of this research is to diagnose the nature of theinterconnected and influential relationship of human resource managementstrategies in enhancing organizational performance, as these strategies areformed through the procedures and practices adopted in moving aspects relatedto human resources, and organizational performance is one of the variables thatcan be relied upon in measuring the performance of the human resource.

Withinthe organization, Al-Isra University College was chosen as the field of application, as (197) members of its employees were selected as a sample for research, and the questionnaire was adopted in obtaining research data, which were analyzedand processed using statistical programs (SPSS), and among the most prominentresults that were reached It is the morale of the relationship of human resourcemanagement strategies in enhancing organizational performance, whether in termsof association or influence, and accordingly the main research hypotheses wereaccepted, and then it was recommended that the research organization shouldformulate human resource management strategies by focusing on its most importantduties and activities, to adopt this in enhancing performance Own regulator.
