Abstract EN
The problem of this study came through previous readings and the constant consideration of educational administrative behaviors in general; the previous studies related to administrative performance, patterns of administrative behavior, and the questionnaires that were conducted, as well as the complaints that come to educational officials in the primary schools in the general directorates led to investigate the differences in the patterns of practices and behaviors, the traditional administrative methods that cannot be stated by the heads of primary schools, which were negatively reflected on the practical and educational activities and forms of established behaviors.
They do not have the academic qualifications that would enable them to find successful and professional solutions to the problems facing educational institutions.
We urgently need to develop these institutions in Iraq, and improve their administrative leaders and employees roles to be able to find suitable solutions and suggestions that serve the teaching and education process and strengthen these institutions.
The researcher will try to explain the importance of this research through its dealings with the subject.
The administrative clarity is important since it represents one of the important approaches to address administrative problems because it is a basic part that the current administration depends on in educational institutions.
To solve problems and providing the needs of educational institutions and adopting flexible administrative patterns and methods that enhance work performance and improve worker productivity, to achieve the goals of school institutions.
