Singing is one of the important issues that should be addressed and discussed in the Islamic jurisprudence, because of its negative effects on the soul and behavior and includes the deviation from the main goal of life, and the Almighty said: (And created the jinn and mankind only to worship), and there were different doctrinal opinions In the Islamic schools of thought, varied between prohibition and hatred and other, according to understanding the meaning of singing from the Book and Sunnah, and included the presentation and discussion of the most prominent views of the most famous scholars of the five Islamic schools (Imamism and the four schools) and statement, to clarify the ruling on that matter according to those schools.

The research consisted of an explanatory introduction and three studies, and was based on the sources of language, jurisprudence, Hadith and related sources, among others.
