Every nation is distinguished by its own culture and natures that belong to it and has its own distinction and characteristics over other cultures, and it is known that education is part of the culture that acquires its strength through its fixed values and principles and inviting its children to highlight its identity, pride in it and stick to its constants.
And not to dissolve into other cultures and ideas so that they are longrooted and authentic in history, and the Iraqi culture is an authentic culture that has been affected by some extraneous ideas, customs and natures that have tried to erase their features and change them among some of them.
Because of the crises and difficult circumstances that Iraq has witnessed during which its people have taken the bitterness of wars and sieges, and were exposed to intellectual and cultural challenges that were reflected in its reality and the course of correct Iraqi education in it, so it was imperative to preserve these values.
