The research aims at finding out the level of frustration among the students of Islamic high schools.

To achieve the aim of this research the descriptive methodology was employed.

The research covers the Islamic high schools within the territorial of Diyala governorate during the academic year 2017-2018 .

The research community included( 20) schools and the total students were (556), while the samples totaling were (297).

A 14- item frustration measure was built.

This measure has been presented to a group of experts in education and psychology to make sure of its face validity as well as the construct validity.

Reliability was achieved through two ways, the first was the re-testing and has average ( 0.83), while the second way was through adopting Cronbach’s Alpha and has averaged (0.76) .

For research data processing, the following statistical tools were employed: ( Person Correlation, Cronbach’s Alpha, Independent Samples T test, One sample T test, and Chi- Square).

The results showed that the arithmetic mean of the respondent rates on the measure had reached(38.51) with a standard deviation of (4.61) more than the Hypothesized mean which is (35).

By using the T- test to find out the differences between the two means, this showed that the T- value was ( 0.05) with a degree of freedom of (296), and this indicates that the respondents have frustration.

In view of the results of the research, I presented some recommendations and suggestions included in chapter four.
