The sovereignty of a country is one of the most important interests that help achieve the general purposes of the Sharia law, such as, maintaining the order, security, and stability of the country.

Furthermore, it compels foreign countries to respect its cultural values and its local law, and to hold off any kind of aggression against it.

Moreover, it is also meant to protect religious values against distortion and fornication, since there would be no a religion without a sovereign country to protect it.

Additionally, a country's sovereignty protects many rights like human souls, intellects, and funds.

Islamic law has protected all these general and private goals, and all the messengers sent by Allah have recommended in their scripts to preserve it, starting from prophet Adam peace be upon him.

To conclude, were it not for the sovereignty of countries, none of these goals will be achieved, and none of the different kinds of corruption will be eliminated.
