Abstract EN
Quranic readings are among the types of textual evidence on which Islamic dialectic theology (the science of al-kalam) is based.
Theologians have attended to Quranic readings in relation to several aspects, and have therefore derived a lot of religious beliefs from these readings.
However, when the apparent meaning inferred from Quranic readings is different from the other textual proofs in the same subject, theologians suggest some presumed interpretations in their regard.
In other word, they choose an interpretation that is line with their creedal approach.
In brief, this study seeks to highlight the close link between Quranic readings and theological reasoning.
It included four divisions of the semantic effect of these readings on the studies of Islamic faith, and explained the steps pursued by theologians to use presumed interpretations of these readings.
