يمثل التهاب الأنسجة الرخوة النخري حالة نادرة و لكنها شديدة الوطأة من الإنتانات الجرثومية التي قد تقود إلى تخرب في العضلات و الجلد و الأنسجة تحت الجلدية.
يعتبر التهاب اللفائف النخري من الإنتانات المهددة للحياة التي تصيب الأنسجة الرخوة مع تأثيرها على طبقات اللفائف السطحية في الأطراف، البطن أو العجان.
تمثل هذه الحالة إحدى الحالات الجراحية الإسعافية التي تنطوي على معدلات وفيات عالية، مع إصابتها بشكل خاص للمسنين و المرضى المضعفين مناعيا.
إن الحالة الفريدة المسجلة في هذا التقرير لها انعكاسات هامة على فهمنا لإمراضيه التهاب اللفائف النخري و التدابير المعتمدة في المعالجة.
Abstract EN
Necrotizing soft tissue infection is a rare but very severe type of bacterial infection that can destroy the muscles, skin, and underlying tissue.
Necrotizing fasciitis is a fatal soft-tissue infection involving the superficial fascial layers of the extremities, abdomen, or perineum.
It is a surgical emergency related to a high mortality rate that is more often seen in elderly and immunocompromised patients.
This unique case report has implications on our pathogenic understanding and empiric management of necrotizing fasciitis.
