The study aimed to identify the causes leading to the Professional Burnout of social workers in the school field and related to: (customers, parents of students, lack of resources and possibilities, relationship with colleagues, work environment, lack of community appreciation, burden)), in addition to know the proposals of social workers to alleviate The study applied to the social workers working in the schools of Doha Educational Administration (111).
The results showed that one of the causes of Professional Burnout for the customer dimension is that the social worker exerts a great effort in solving school problems.
For parents, it is the lack of cooperation from parents with the social worker, and for the lack of resources and possibilities, it is the imposition of school management restrictions on the budget of social activities, and for the relationship with colleagues is the lack of awareness of the nature of the role of the social worker, and for the work environment As for the lack of social appreciation, it is the belief of the community members that the role of the school social worker is related to sanctions only.
Finally, after the burdens of burdens, it is to add administrative work to the profession.
Social _khasaia, and represented the most important proposals to reduce the Professional Burnout increase social workers training courses, and the lack of social worker assigned to work not related to his profession.
