Abstract EN

The present study aimed to explore the dimensions of financial empowerment among graduates of social work, and the most important proposals that help them financially, in order to arrive at a proposed vision in term of community practice to promote financial empowerment among graduates of social work.

The study used the sample social survey method for the graduates of Faculty of Social Work at Helwan University (373 graduates).

The data collected through an electronic questionnaire for graduates of the Faculty of Social Work at Helwan University, and a Semi-structured Interview for community organizing experts at the faculties and institutes of social work.

The results of the study indicated that the level of financial knowledge and skills of graduates of social work is medium, and the level of financial participation and s financial services is low.

Finally, the study ended with a proposed vision in term of community practice to promote financial empowerment among graduates of social work at Helwan University.
